I was privileged to see some very nice NFA weapons recently.  Since the establishment of a trust or corporation significantly simplifies the process, is there a DIY guide to the establishment of trusts/corporations or is there a firearms friendly attorney that prepares these?  This kind of information might be worthy of a pinned topic for the future.

I know that "Major Malfunction" in Edmond will walk you through the process when you go through them for NFA items.

I think Steve at Cold Hand Arms was working with a lawyer to get a NFA specific trust template set up, you might give him a call.  I used the basic template that quicken will maker spits out.

Bryon does not deal direct to end purchasers anymore. He only sells to dealers now. If you do not have a pending sale before he changed his policies, he will refer you to a one of a few local dealers.

Cold Hand Arms does have a NFA trust that was written by an attorney specifically for Oklahoma. I think the price is around $200 and is not really a bad deal for a legit NFA trust.

You can also do the Quicken Willmaker Trust route as well. Just make sure to get the correct version as the newer ones do not do Revocable Living Trusts anymore from what I have read.
