This just bugs the hell out of me....when both HI and AK gets the shaft on shipping! or when you want to purchase something on ebay...and they are shipping it in flat rate boxes yet say they cant ship to HI or AK or even tack on extra fees ....its like hello...flat rate boxes are the same price anywhere you ship in the US...arent we both part of the USA?

Very stupid sellers and I don't give them my business. Flat rate is good US50+ PR and lots of other places. |

Love when they asked if they need to fill out a customs form.
A lot of the times places will just ship UPS or FedEx. You just need to ask them if they will ship USPS. Some don't, but a lot will. I had a really nice lady the other day on the phone when she told me it was going to be $65 to ship a rifle i just asked her if she could ship USPS with signature and it would be over half price, she gladly agreed. She didn't know how much of a difference it would be and sounded excited for saving me money. For stuff in the EE i don't even bother worrying. Guys who say CONUS only or FIRST 48 i just say i'll take it and then tell later thats it's the same price anywhere in the US. Most of the time they agree and end up shipping it priority in NON-flat rate boxes and it cost more
