I want to ship an AR lower from Fl to NC. Would that need to be shipped from AND to an FFL?

Needs to be shipped TO an FFL, but does not need to be shipped FROM an FFL unless the recipient's FFL won't accept from a private party.

You can ship it directly to an FFL. I'd recommend USPS, it'll be like $4 depending on the packaging.

If it's a stripped lower, they fit nicely in the VHS tape boxes.

If the lower is a Pistol lower you will need to ship it just like a handgun, otherwise it ships like a rifle.
