Anyone of you have skylights? What the hell can I do to prevent condensation on the window glass? It is dripping on the floor and it is damaging the textured ceiling. Pics here |

3M kit will definitely help. Use 3M brand are the best, IMO the other ones are junk. Did you have any problems before this extreme cold the past 2 weeks or so? You may even want to create a double layer of the window kit. Create a layer inside the window jamb where the trim makes a perimeter, and then another layer on the outer trim. Anything to create a thermal break to slow the temperature change will help. Good luck Edit: Make sure you dry out the area really well before you insulate it, trap as little moisture as possible. |
