Glad no one was hurt.  Should be easy enough to catch the a-hole.

Wally World has cameras everywhere.  Shouldn't be too tough to find a suspect.

Now they are calling it a small fire.

That's across the street from my work, that's crazy.  But I wouldn't put any promise on their CCTV picking up any useful details, they have the worlds worst camera system.

Sad when you can't tell a fire from a bomb.

THIS. The media sensationalizes everything to get you to pay attention. Don't believe anything you read and only half of what you see.  America used to a the land of critical thinkers, now not so much. Knee-jerking is now the rule of law.   In this instance, It was a small fourth of July pyrotechnic commonly available.  As for video surveillance, it's all about  location, angle and resolution. Generally, surveillance camera placement is seriously jacked up.

While I certainly agree with the rampant media sensationalism, the "bomb" description could also have come from a frightened employee or customer who was nearby when the thing went off.  How many people have actually heard a bomb go off?

While possibly a prank, my guess is it was used as distraction while merchandise was being stolen.

There's something about much of the clientele of that store.   Seems like there's a couple of police cars sitting directly outside the place with surprising frequency.
