Just caught this article posted on Facebook from some former classmates.  Nothing to do with Arkansas.

Read it if you like.    This is about a Federal Judge being charged with domestic violence.   What makes this interesting to me is I know this guy.   I literally grew up with this guy.  School, church, etc.  He was one year younger than me.   He was in classes with my sister.   At one time he was the District Attorney in the county of my home town in Bama.    Appointed to Federal judgeship by Bush.

This was is 2nd wife.  His first wife I also knew very well.   Her and my sister used to ride horses together.  They divorced in 2012 due to abuse.    Which I did not know until a few minutes ago.   Guess it didn't take long for wife #2 to get the picture.

Remember Judges are appointed for life.

The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.
