About two months ago i gave up smoking, went pretty well until tonight.
For some reason its getting to me tonight.
3 times i have got up to go out side and smoke.
Something is setting off the urge but i don't know what.

It's probably the beautiful spring like nights we've been having. Wonderful weather to stand outside and look up or walk around.

Try eating some sunflower seeds or eating carrots, keep your hands busy. Remember, idol hands are the devils playground!

Think how much money you'll save by not smoking. You won't have to sell your AR

OP try to improve your cardio vascular condition. Cycling, running or whatever. Once you are invested in it you'll never fuck it up with a cigarette.

I'm an ex 15 year smoker.

Good luck.  Do whatever you need to and keep from starting again.  I'm at 2 yr and 2 months since my last.  I haven't had cravings in probably a year but for some reaosn last Wednesday I had a hell of a time not going into a store and buying a pack, cravings were hitting me every few minutes.  I went to the gym then went shooting.  Nothing like laying there trying to work on groupings and technique to make you forget about wanting to light up.

On May 1, 2011 I quit smoking and started "vaping" an electronic cigarette.
It's the only thing that has worked for me. Gum, patches, cold turkey, none of them worked.
Just be careful, PVs (personal vaporizers) are just as varied and interesting as ARs...

Good luck,
Lee

Nicorette Gum,  works, only problem is you can get hooked on it. My buddy that never smoked and his wife that did smoke she got on the gum and quit smoking and to be supportive he would chew it with her, now he's hook on the gum and can't quit.
