Guys just curious as to his planning on shooting in the challenge this Sunday. If you could confirm with me that would be great. Hope to see you there. Thanks Joe "Rangers Lead The Way" |
Creekside Click on the 27th of January and it'll give you the details. |

Guys remember to be here by 8:30. The first shot will be fired at 9:00 sharp. You can bring a chair to take out on the range if you want. There will be no cars allowed past the range shack. We have drinks and concessions in the range shack. This will last majority of the day. Make sure you to let me know if your coming. I would hate for someone to come up and not be able to shoot. Jason just let me know about the gift certificate. Thanks Joe "Rangers Lead The Way" |
Yeah, "Trust your instruments" right. I am glad we had Einstien with us. Na, I got too much homework to do. But I am in the process of rearranging funds to buy a nice setup to shoot with. |

Yeah I got you in. Guys it would be a big help if you could call me and give me your real names over the phone. I don't know who alot of you are on here or just post on here with your log in name and real name so I can write in down on the score cards. Thanks Joe |
Thanks for the offer! I made plans with my son since I didn't think I would have a rifle to shoot. God willing, I won't miss the next one. |

Those of you that didn't go, missed out on a great time. The match was definetely challenging, but it was more of a friendly get together than a cut-throat competition. Congrats to our Moderator Bookhound, whose PSS with the slow-ass GA Arms ammo took 3rd place. I did a lot better than I expected for having a new load with no drop data at all, but will definetely be more prepared the next time. Joe was saying today that this will probably be a quarterly event, so those of you who missed it can go the next time. Sorry, no pics from me and I didn't see many cameras out there-so I dunno if anybody will be posting any. |
Yeah, apparently the initial slots filled up quick. According to Joe, he said he's hoping to be able to do 2 stages at a time the next time around-so the number of slots will be nearly doubled. |
Bill I got some pics Im going to post...and I think a lil video of a fearless leader calling out his shots! Was a great time....Mark I couldnt of hit shit without ya bud! |
Yeah, you know it was a bad shot when the first words out of your spotters mouth is a reluctant "wow" followed by "Dude, that was like 2' low", lol. I thought that was classic Mark when I heard that one. Joe (GTG922E) told me shortly afterwards that a simple correction will do from me. Looking forward to seeing the pics.... |
Ya what was worse was I couldnt get back on target after that cause I was trying to not laugh my ass off |
I was laughing so hard when Joe said, "That's not good when the first word from the spotter is 'WOW!'". What was even funnier was then I looked over at Fro1911Nut and he just spun the target knob like it was the Wheel of Fortune. I started laughing harder and then his next shot was nearly on the target. After that he was dead on. Too funny. ![]() Mark |
It didn't take you that long. For those "gross adjustments" you did great. 1moreAR thanks for the pics! Was just a lucky day for me. Mark |

I wanted to personally thank all the people who came out to the challenge. I really enjoyed it. Hope to see everyone at the next one. It will be just as fun and a little bit more sniper oriented(positions). Sorry about the concessions during the break. I will have someone dedicated to running that alone next time. Once again thanks to everyone. Joe Harris |
LOL Well I thought I had counted my MOA back up...lol just not enough..u guys with all your science and math....Maybe u should try that with Allen next time...."YOur high and to the left spin it!" |
