I shoot off my deck all the time.
When the weather is crappy, I pop a screen out of a sunroom window and shoot from inside.

I've got a couple shrub/trees out back that started budding. But they started like 3 weeks ago last time it was 60. I wonder how well they'll do this year now.

My garlic patch has already started going bonkers, around 250 shoots so far.
