I need a decent spotting scope doesn't have to be uber tactical just good enough to see out to 100+ yds. Anyone know where I can pick one up locally? prefer it not to be super expensive either.

I've got a Burris 12-24x50 Landmark Compact Spotter scope Brand New that I have no use for. I'll be up in the Fredericksburg area this weekend if interested.

Spotting scopes are interesting. I bought a modest Bushnell a couple years ago, and have had it at the range a total of 3 times. I may make you a good deal on it though,
