Does anyone know if the state handgun transfer fees have gone up yet , if not when ?

No, they have not gone up. They are still only $8, although some gun shops stick you with more just because they can.

I was told by a supervisor at the handgun hotline that this fee increase was removed from the final budget.

Really they removed it.. WOW.. Im gonna go buy a handgun just because i saving twenty-two dollars.. Thats money i can spend on ammo!!!

Yep, still $8 as of 1/18/08 with no indication of change till Doyle tries to sneek it through again.
