This is an odd question but would anyone happen to know a place where I could either buy / sell a stenograph in the Houston area? My wife is a CSR. I see them on EBAY often. I believe they will take older units in trade for the newer ones. Is it a student model, or a good one for actual work use ? |

It's an stentura 400 srt, I guess that's a work one. It cost ~1000 Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile Gotcha. Well, I'm not really the one to ask, but the wife does not come to AR15.com. What exactly are you looking to do and I can ask her. If simply looking to sell it, EBAY is probably your best bet, otherwise I believe the two companies that make them, take them as a trade-in and give you 500$ or so depending on the model. Her machine was $5000 this year when she got the newest one with all the bells/whistles. |

Simply search for 'steno' and you'll see several hundred results. Thats your best bet. I think the MFG wants a trade-in to take used items, but I dont know for sure. |
