When not to use a gun or punch a kid.

| Saw that video also. If you follow someone for 40+ mins (according to the story), get out of your car and try to punch the other driver and end up getting beat your self, don't get mad and pull a gun. Self defense thing kind of stopped working a long time ago. Speakers on my computer are not the best, but did he fire the gun? |

I watched this the other day. That guy got his ass whopped, Funny shit. Some of the guys at my work were all like "Young ass pussies two of them had to jump on him. blah blah blah" i asked them what the hell did he expect to happen when he assaults someone smaller and apparently much younger than him, in a vehicle full of his friends.
I explained that if that were a military situation everyone in the truck would have been on him. But why is it not OK for anyone else to use what force they have to neutralize a threat. Notice that as soon as he hit the ground, both kids backed off. I say Good work on the side of the kids in the truck. use appropriate force to neutralize immediate threat, retreat to safe distance and see what happens next. And good on them for showing restraint. |

He followed them for over 40 min, initiated force, then drew a weapon on them and shot up their property. Fuck him, put his ass in jail for a long ass time. Since he followed them for so long everything should be premeditated, if someone followed me for 40 min and then tried to physically assault me things would have ended differently. |
