Ya'll know I dish out as much as I take.....I do that with my friends......I don't have a problem with it, what I do have a problem with is someone who isn't my friend saying this stuff because he hates me and thinks of himself as a bully......this moron has taken me to the end of my rope, now I'm going to take that rope and hang him with it......thru the proper means of course......to hell with him.

I'm more calm than I am pissed at the moment.......no the rope isn't the complaint, thats what he'll hang himself with. *sigh* The sexual harrassment is him saying "Im a little faggot, I have a boyfried and I dress like him and park by him....." whatever the F that means? I'm way past the pissed off and annoyed with him.......I smile and I'm calm....I'm so relaxed right now. This is all coming from a 52-ish yr old dude 5'10" 220lbs talking down to someone thats 36 5'6" 165lbs and trying to bully them on a Fed facility, of course I'm going to stand my ground and jaw back to him some because he cant touch me.....and I'd like to know what his beef is with me......but I hope he does......I'll smile the entire time they walk him out the gate. And if he's smart....he leaves it at that...... |

And if he's smart....he leaves it at that...... In all seriousness, have you told him you don't appreciate it, you thinks it's offensive, and that he needs to stop? If not, you need to. It effectively puts him on notice and strengthens your complaint. Make a complaint without it, and he'll say he was just joking around, didn't know it was out of line, and you never told him it was offensive. |

Rat if you recorded him, make sure it's not a no-no to make a recording on the facility. First make a formal complaint without the recording. If the bosses won't do anything, then use the recording to threaten a lawsuit to "protect yourself".
From what I know about Federal facilities and rules, they only exist for show. Lots of "hostile workplaces" by the legal definition exist on federal property. The worst violators of federal laws are federal agencies. To make the lawsuit stick, you'll have to prove you complained and they ignored it, as well as prove you are in a hostile workplace. The only alternative is the one I used several times over the years. You bounce a wrench or pipe off their skull. You can do it on the property or off the property. Just make sure no one sees you do it and have a strong alibi. Aim lengthwise along the skull above the ear. That has the best affect.
