Mr. McDonald did a transfer for me this year.  Out of the 3 tax stamps I have, this was the easiest on me.

big +1 for Stewart Solutions.

I buy my cans from Scott at Black Ankle Munitions.  He is home based and will ship anywhere in the state. Check out his website.

I have not purchased from them yet but TS ARMS in Pelham AL. was very helpful in laying out our next ar build and offered the services to shorten/thread barrel and adjust gas block opening spring's etc. He spent 30 minutes showing us suppressors, talking about the process, etc.

Not to mention all the stuff they have on display in their store, it's worth a trip just for their small "museum".

Not Jefferson but Geneva County.

C/S Custom Machine specializing in Class 3 / Title 2 weapons. The are a suppressor manufacturer from 22lr up to .30 cal with a patented monocore design that is easily field stripped. They have a nice stock with many to choose from constructed of titanium or stainless steel, pistol and rifle/carbine calibers. They also do some fine custom gunsmith work as well. I'm honored to call these fine Americans my friends.

His website gives me the impression he is no longer dealing with NFA transfers.

Bill is not dealing in any suppressors. He pointed me to Nichols Outfitters.

I went to Nichols, stood around waiting to get helped for about 20 minutes, none of the workers asked if I needed help or talked to me so I left.

Any other suppressor dealers in central Alabama?

Nichols is who I’ve used since Bill stopped. They can be very busy as their store is awesome but Parker is the guy who has helped me with quite a few transfers.

Just bringing this back up, since Bill McDonald quit doing NFA, and in view of their recent episode with ATF I am reluctant to put a form 4 transfer in with Nichols at this time.

Who else are folks using?

Nichols appears to be back up and running. I'm using Marks for my most recent one. This one was not purchased through Silencer Shop so they hit me with a $100 transfer which is what Nichols also charges.

I bought my first can from Bill at Stuart Solutions. Since he closed I’ve used Trinity Arsenal. One man shop out in Gardendale does stuff by appointment. SilencerShop dealer and I think he said he was getting a kiosk. Reminds me a lot of Bill
