I dunno.  But the thing is overbuilt like a mofo.

I've seen people pay a lot more for a pen.  Not that that is any type of justification for the price of the pen in question here...

It's surfire tacticool... what more do you need?

I'll stick with my free pens I pick up everywhere. Haven't had to buy one in over 20 years I don't think...

From a guy who sells SureFire stuff, yeah, I totally agree.  I'm also sticking with my free pens.  If I need to break some glass, well, I'll just use the Ed Brown.

What, did you get one of those super duper rail mounted glass breakers??

I would pay more for a pen than that, but not for THAT pen.

Omas on the other hand

You have to have way too much money to spend $1899.00 on a pen.

But thats all I can write with.......

I really don't understand the whole concept behind spending anymore than say $0.50 on a pen... i mean really... whats the point. I get so many free ones all the time anyway. though the surefire does look uber tacti-cool... the kool-aid stand has cut me off... too much coin for a pen...

The same can be said for firearms.

Why buy an Ed Brown or Wilson when you can buy a hi point for 1400% less.

People that write A LOT on the job appreciate the finer writing instruments.

That being said, I would love to have an Omas, but will stick to my watermans, lamy, pelikans, and mont blanc pilot g2 conversions.

C'mon... It says its "space age aluminum, rugged, and type III annodized..."   Perfect for recreating the Joker "dissapearing pencil trick" with all the bad guys while escaping from a car sinking in a lake...   :)

The pen better have a .22 pistol built into it for me to want to spend that kind of money on it..   Or at least have a hidden blade in it..

If it is on LaRue's sight, it is going to be expensive no matter who makes it.

P.T. Barnum covered 125.00 pens with his famous quote.

My signing pens cost $4 each but they are great for signatures, almost as flowing as a fountain but with less mess. For work I use $2 pens with my ad on them, I hope people take them. At home the el chepo round stick bics are fine by me.

I am pretty sure $125 Flashlights were implied too.

I'm a lefty, so whatever pen I use has to have quick drying ink, otherwise it gets all over my hand and smeared on the paper.
