Guys I am taking the PDT course down in Jackson this week. Have any of you taken it? Do you know what to expect? Any tips or tricks on things I should know or bring to the class?
I have food and water for the day Ammo and gear Sunglasses shorts, poncho for rain. Anything I am missing here? |

Here are a few other things you might need.
A good attitude and an open mind Spare parts/rifle Batteries for your optic if needed 300-500 rounds more than you think you need Lube Cleaning/clearing rod Don't forget your handgun and holster, you'll probably work some transitions too. Brad knows his stuff, it should be a fun class. |

Check Spare parts/rifle I usually bring a spare bolt but bringing a spare gun would not be a bad idea. Batteries for your optic if needed Done 300-500 rounds more than you think you need 500 rifle and 200 pistol are listed on the site but bringing 200 more of each Lube Hey now!!!!!! Cleaning/clearing rod Good idea didn't think of this. Don't forget your handgun and holster, you'll probably work some transitions too. Brad knows his stuff, it should be a fun class. I am looking forward to it. I have the kid before Disney land but also the day before 3rd grade feeling going on. |
| There are other training companies in the area, just saying. Brad can shoot, no one is gonna dispute that. But he also has ZERO integrity. If you want to take lessons, why not Liberty Defense or MDFI? They both offer classes in Jackson. My wife and a buddy's wife both won free CPL courses from "Patriot Defense." Both the certificates went in the garbage. I'll pay someone else to teach my wife..... Best of luck to ya sir. |
