| I went today. Got there at 0940 and had to park across the street on the east side. Same usual crowd around the same usual vendors. I did pick up 1k of Winchester Small Rifle Primers, 6 Magpul mags, (20 rds, 30 rds were sold out already), OD green Magpul grip and some ladders. Needed OD Green to match my OD PRS I got here off of EE. |

I swung by early, 8:45am and waited til the doors opened form the comfort of my car. There was a line around the buiding one way and a short line coming the other way. $8 for entry now. Anything AR related was way over priced. AK's were listed at $1200. Pmags for up to $30 a mag depending who was trying to rape you. I saw uppers for over $800. What a damn joke.
I went to pick up a gun bag and mags for a friend but only walked away with a bag and 1 Lancer mag which was only $18. |

Went on saturday about 11:30, got lucky on parking 5 min. Always think someone will have a good deal ,fat chance of that happening what a fricken rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did pick up a mag pouch & some rubber hand guard grips for the AR but that was it. Saw one guy selling 30rd pmags for 38.00 LOL, but could't leave empty handed so got the pouch and grips<man what a rip off. They should call it a LIL CHEAPER THAN GOLD, like cheaper than dirt.

If you go at 10 am and still expect deals you are only fooling yourself.
The longest MGT has ever had Pmags last was 1 hour and 22 minutes and that was the time we had 500 of them. Last show the 30 rounders and all teh black 20's and most of the rest were gone in 23 minutes. I looked at the clock. Some uppers are work $800 and more. However I do agree that guys wantiing that much for a POS Model 1 upper is gougeing. And there are some $1200 AK's out there. But they willeb high end ones and nto the guys that want that much for junkers. Some vendors like MGT are trying to hold the line on prices (and there are others besids MGTS as well) however a lot of pricing is driven by distributor pricing which is out of the dealers control. But thanks to all the guys that have supported us over the years and MGTS will keep trying to hold down the prices. |
