So, started doing some moderate demo of a wall to look for a leak (seeing water damage)...

Lo and behold, I find termites instead. Son of a bitch. Doesn't look too bad (there is evidence of old termite damage as well, but looks like small activate amount).

So what next? Anyone have any recommendations? I was going to call Northwest Exterminating but figured I'd check here in case someone had a good referral (or does this type of work).

Awesome weekend...

Of course I look a few threads back and see another termite related thread. Fun times around here.

I ended up going with a local company, but our fellow Arfcommer did call me and he seemed very knowledgable. My wife was freaking and wanted it addressed immediately.

As a former termite tech I can tell you first hand that you should call a professional. Then demand that they show you PROOF of how much chemicals were used. Tell them that you will have a State inspector on the job and it better be done right. A proper treatment should take them one or two days to complete.
Termite companies are notorious for using extremely watered down chemicals and not enough of it (chemicals= $).  If you want your problem solved then you need to be an ass about it. Be at home when it's treated.  Termite techs are scared of the State inspectors. Use that to your advantage.

Again:  Tell them the state inspectors will be there.

Good to know. I will definitely call a pro, no DIY when it comes to termites (for me). I've called Allgood and Breda, hope to get someone out tomorrow to estimate from both of those (and also IMed georgiagun from here).
