This made me think of a newspaper report on a post office robbery in Wigan a few years back. This bloke ran in the GPO with a shotgun and attempted to rob it. They have bullet proof glass fitted on the counters. He shot the glass and the pellets ricochet and hit him in the chest. Police caught him when he collapsed outside due to blood loss. Good stuff that bullet proof glass :D
