If you are in Michigan, and don't vote, or don't vote for Terri Lynn Land for U.S. Senate, you might just as well give all your guns away now. If Obama holds the Senate, he will SURELY get the opportunity to appoint the next Supreme Court Justice and I GUARANTEE you, it will be an ant-gun person. Might well be our hero of Fast and Furious... The last vote on the 2nd amendment was 5-4 decision, Heller, where the court ruled the 2nd amendment applied to individuals.....hence, we get to keep our guns.....
A 5-4 anti-gun court could just as easily reverse, derterming that the 2nd only applies to standing Militias..... Presto, chango, no more individual ownership of guns.... Parnoid, you say.... Well, I'm 71 and I've just seen to many things happen in my lifetime to think that ANYONE can trust Obama, and certainly not an anti-gun Supreme Court. Hate to have to say.. "I told you so..."
