TL;DR
Just kidding, I read it. I've been in one form of training role or another for the better part of 30 years now. Not firearms related training, but training none the less. I can vouch for what you said 100%, people just don't seem to grasp the value of good training. The majority of my training background has been in safety. It absolutely amazes me how often people bitch about being forced to attend training yet, when somebody screws up and gets hurt the very first thing we hear is, "We weren't properly trained." Stupid bastards! |

Marv and Ben were fantastic to work with and that's exactly what they did, they worked WITH us. Had other bids from folks who really didn't seem to care what we wanted. Felt they knew about our wishes more than us. And also, they were great about giving us the most value for our $$$. Would absolutely hire them again. |

And if I am wrong in the assumption that I can carry at my place of business without a ccw please tell me, I'm not a lawyer nor do I play one in real life.

Thanks If it's a private business you should be fine to ccw just as you can in your house but I am not a lawyer. As for professional instruction in the north Sierra Firearms Academy are the best I have dealt with. Dave and Mike are good people and just like wolfpack was saying you are paying for actual knowledge rather than someone meeting the minimum requirements to be legal. http://www.sierrafirearms.com/ However it's a long drive on your tractor |

I've been helping out with a buddy of mine http://www.aplusfirearms.com/ on his classes, I play RSO for him and bring out steel to screw around with after the qualification. And Wolfpack, I feel ya. If I hear one more "I don't need no stttinking AR500, I've got a bin of scrap!" while selling targets a show, I may have to start predigging more holes in the desert. ![]() |
I guess that's a no so you can always ask on the board and get a bunch of people who you have no idea if they have any idea what they are talking about.
