Allright Spc. It has been a long time since I have had to do this.... But I will give you a block of instruction on this joke. In this Block of Instruction, We will be breaking down the Humor on the Internet, and how the above is a Joke. Any questions?...Good lets get started. 1. Poking fun at Civilians about Natl Guard people "stealing and performing Sexual acts on civilian women when the civilian men are not looking" 2. Civilians making fun of Said National Guard, because the only Natl Guard he would have any fear about would be the ones that have been " Dry/sexless" for the last year and a half, but it is not a worry at this time, because they are all at Ft Lewis. ( still locked up in their cage so to speak) 3. Some Civilians decide to take further cuts at above National Guard members by assoc. them with the Theft of NVG's that has recently gotten a Active Duty unit on lockdown. ( F-ing morons dont know that thay can buy them cheap enough now adays).  Any questions? That will end this block of instruction. Get the fuck out of here ( civilian for dismiss'd)
