So I may have been going a little to fast on the way to work this morning. I may have went a little to fast when getting out of the new express lane before it started and caught the attention of NHP. Ooops!! Lots of yes sir's and no sir's followed by a 5 over ticket. The Officer was very professional, so no issues with that. The first thing he did ask was if I had any weapons, might have pulled up CCW on his computer or saw the "This is my peace sign, sight picture" in the back window Anyway don't want this showing up on insurance, so can anyone point me in the right direction for a reasonable fee to take care of this.

Thanks!!

I believe if you call the court to pay your bail and you ask for a reduction to a parking ticket they will grant it if you agree to pay the full fine. If not there are several attorneys that handle these cases, call one up and they will get it lowered to a parking ticket. You'll still need to pay the full fine, plus the attorney, for me it was about $300 total, but no traffic school and no moving violation. I went with Richard Harris Law Firm and had no issues, but there are many out there.

Good luck!

This was 1 1/2 years ago but I just called the clerk. The clerk was incredibly nice and reduced it to a "parking ticket" for paying (full price) over the phone.
