Neither! I wear baggy pants, weigh 20 kg too much, shoot wooden rifles (have 11 of them, 5 in 6,5x55) wear camo (swedish preferably) have a Pardini 9mm pistol and will under no curcumstances have anybody question how safe I am when shooting. I consider the license demanded for IPSC ridiculous since its marketed as what got IPSC allowed in Europe in the first place, which is utter bollocks.
