I just got my first AR yesterday,  RRA Predator Pursuit  16".  I would like to add a rail on the bottom of the handguard but cant get it to budge with a strap wrench.  Looking to borrow a receiver block and span wrench(?) so i can get the bugger off.  Not really wanting to drop the dough on a lot of tools for a 10 min job.

Thanks guys/gals

I don't have any, but I don't know where you are either.  General location might.get you a response.

Not sure if it's applicable to the Predator handguard, but their NM free float tubes are stuck in place with red Loctite. Requires heat to get them to break loose.

I'm in Bird City, KS.  I figured it would take some heat, but would like both hands free for the job.

did you get this taken care of??  If not,  I'll be going through Bird City on Tuesday and I could drop off an armorer's wrench for you
