Yeah, I watched it. My wife liked George, but she always likes the shit talker in the group. I was impressed with what he did in the end to help a friend out.
Anyone local sending in an audition tape for a future season? I know we've got some good shooters out there... |
| I kept wanting to know what a USAF sniper is? I guess a cop that went to a school. At the end it said he was a guest instructor at their school....anyone know where that is? The only shooters in the AF that I have ever known were either Pararescue, Combat Controllers, Cops and Cops trained in Air Base Ground Defense (ABGD). The shooting is/was a byproduct of their original mission. I was hoping that the CoastGuard guy would win if for nothing else but to rub it in the face of the 4 or 5 guys at the end. The AF "Bronze Star" dude, the one with all the tats was an asshole. I was happy when he got his ass handed to him. |

I don't know that I can watch it any more. It's not really a competition but for heavens sakes, they can't allow people to throw an event and let the other guy win. That's disgusting and it's not American. That George guy is a total loser. He wasted the whole series for me. And the other weasel, an honorable man would have put his shot in the dirt after what the big asshole did. The only weasel room I could live with is if George said, I can't beat Gunny at pistol and archery so you're going to have to and we'll split the 100K. There was a tiny hint of that in the after competition show but they never came out and said it. I might be able to live with that since it's not really a competition. Would be interesting to know if that deal was made.
The love fest at the end was also disgusting. I thought they were going to tongue kiss each other there for a minute. I've never really watched these reality series before but if they are all like this I made the right decision. |
