Doin a last minute trip to Toronto. Can anyone recommend hotel/motel that's reasonable? ($80 and under) Must be close proximity to CN Tower

Ended up staying at Stay Inn which was very clean and included continental breakfast. Very satisfied.
Why? Because that's what I was looking for.
