DUIs kill more....... Running red lights is only bad when there is other traffic  The video is good.... noone around. What a waste of a light!! Seriously though, when the timing system goes off for the graveyard hours, lights locking up are quite common. There is a reason some of us cops carry a key to reset the lights. BTW, don't run a red light.... the fine is high and it is against the law
