because of his actions and those of KNOWN ILLEGALS he has lost the right to own a firearm. While his actions were well intended using deadly force to prevent theft of property WHEN YOU ARE NOT IN IMMENIENT DANGER is not justifiable use of deadly force. I do recognize the area he lives in is a known breeding ground,pool hall where bangers hang out, for criminals. HOWEVER based upon the mans age, ILLEGALS committing a crime plus the potential for retribution from ILLEGALS associates, I would have given the probation and allowed him to keep a firearm. The liability jeffco has assumed IF bodily harm or death comes to Mr. Wallace should outrage any voting citizen of CO. YMMV. |

Again, i support the shooter, who knows what i may have done. From listening to Boyles show this am. It seems he told the investigators the ILLEGAL Aliens "alledgely" tried to run him down with the vehicle they were using to steal his trailer. That is justifiable use of deadly force to stop a threat. However the DA decided to feel sympathetic with the criminal element and go after the Victim. This seems to be the MO for some juristictions nationwide. Prosecute the victim as it is easier to demoralize one who stands up for themself and their rights vs. the potential election voter and their family. YMMV |
