| I'm going to be traveling through Missouri to Arkansas for Thanksgiving, what are the laws concerning transporting a firearm (AR-15) through the state in a vehicle (van). The rifle is not a MG or SBR. |

As far as I know, just go right on ahead with your trip. Generally, as long as you're legal to own the weapon in your home state, the state(s) you're travelling through, and your desitination state, you're good to go. Any problems usually lie within those middle states, such as when travelling to Free Arizona through Not-So-Free New Mexico. Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas are all pretty good states with regards to gun laws. |
