The Tri-Cities Shooting Association, Inc. (TCSA) runs the Rattlesnake Mountain Shooting Facility near Tri-Cities.

Anyone here a member or go to that range?  Here's the web site: www.tcsa.info/index.htm

Here's a map of their facility:

I'm a new member, so I'm not quite versed w/ the way things are schedualed.

I'm near Yakima and well, it's about an hour drive for me to get there.

They have steel gongs set up at 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, 550 and 600 yds.  For 100 and under, you have to put up a paper target.

I think it costs $4.00 .... to shoot for the day (weekend scheduals only I think).  Web site has more info.

I've always wanted to go, but living on a farm and having six thousand acres, my back yard looks great to me.  One thing that does interest me is their sporting clay course, anyone tried it?

Quite true.  But I don't like trying to set up a range for the day and then take it down.  Any how, friends like to get to gether there.

I am a member there.  Daily use fee for non-members is $4.00 and nothing for memebers.  Yearly membership costs $25.  It's a great place to shoot.  They have IPSC shoots on the 3rd sunday of every month (I shot my first one today).  Also they had a 3-gun match this fall and will be again this spring.  I think it's a great place to shoot.  Anyone else a member there?

I'm also a member there, as well as a Range Officer.  Most of my experience is with the vast set of 100 yard ranges, but I am also "endorsed" for the 1000 yard range.  It really is a nice and well-run range, always and consistently improving.  If you contact the higher-ups on their website, they will answer any questions you have.  They are always looking to corrup-er-entice visitors into joining.  I'm sure a shoot organized or sponsered by this forum would be readily welcomed.  Because of the central location of the Tri-Cities area, it is in many ways a hub for Washington State, as well as northern Idaho and eastern Oregon, for those willing to make the somewhat lengthy drive.

You want to host a group of 20-30 AR15 crazed AR15 members for a shoot?

Joe
