I'm getting my ducks in a row for some Class 3 goodness so I need to set up a trust. Does anyone know a decent priced attorney or have a copy of a estate planning program I may borrow? These would need to be in the Green Bay and Fox Valley area.

Big +1.

A class 3 dealer in Vegas has it on his laptop there in the store for anyone to use. Takes about 15 minutes.

Have not had a single complaint from dozens of customers and not a peep of scrutiny from BATFE.

Willmaker is the way to go.

I humbly disagree.  Although it has been used with success, there are many issues which were outlined in a recent seminar I attended at the "Silencer Shoot" in Georgia.

The Attorney who presented has developed (with input from most every state) a "living" document which has been revised and customized around NFA issues and can help deal with specific needs you have.  He is in FL but has a local Attorney in most states who will handle the document and customization.  It was a very informative presentation and he seems to have a real handle on the issues.

It looks like it will cost around $600 but I think that is a small price to pay to be covered and not have future issues with .gov

Either way –– good call on getting in while the gettin's good.
