 A buddy of mine asked me this question about NY pending his potential move there but, I defer to those in the know since I don't, so here goes...1) Is the Century "Golani" Galil clone legal in NY? 2) Is the Benelli M4 semi auto 12ga legal in NY with a fixed stock but with a pistol grip protruding i.e like the Speed Feed style of stocks? I don't know about the Glail, but the Benelli M4 with the fixed stock & pistol grip (as she came from the factory) is legal in NYS. You just can't add a plus 2 magazine extension. Good Luck, 1981 |

On a post ban semi auto shotgun, with a pistol grip, you can't have a magazine that can hold over 5 rounds here in NYS. Also, if you add the magazine extention to the Benelli M4 you would have to change several parts for the 922 federal thing  .1981 |
