For thos that didn't see this already, the Dept. of Justice has filed an Amicus Brief IN SUPPORT OF DC. Link Basically, they say that if the SCOTUS applies a strict interpretation of the 2nd, it will invalidate many gun laws, including those restricting automatic weapons. SO basically, they are asking that the SCOTUS not apply a strict interpretation of the constitution because it would invalidate unconstitutional laws. Way to go George!!!  |

Ill only be out $3400 if MG's become legal again. Thats a lot better than many others, add 1 to 3 zeroes on that number. Until then Ill shoot my moneys worth. MGs will still be expensive to own because of ammo prices, and ammo go up even more because of further increased demand.  We just gotta wait and see what happens. only time will tell with this. |

I can't say I'm surprised. I'll be glad when this is over. One way or the other. I hate sitting on pins & needles waiting to see how this whole thing shakes out. The saddest thing is, our government is out of control, and as such we're in the midst of a grey area where every citizen begins to start thinking whether or not a revolution is necessary. The bright light that was America has certainly dimmed. Its a real heartbreaker, to say the least.
