wish you well, Brother.

I had  spent a few years selling the "dust suckers" in Northern Ohio.  All the way from door-to-door Kirbys to the "wet ones" with water being used.

Concentrate on customer's mania to keep stuff clean and you'll be ok.

My tip: try and stock a really good unit which Mom + Pop can use to clean out their Van or SUV after the kids, dogs, gerbils, ball team..etc. gets done with it: a mess that can be easily handled.

My other tip: you are going to have "Uncle Whiskers" as your new partner: Worker's Comp, IRS, City, forms, rules, regs, laws––big pain in the butt!

ENJOY!

Thanks for the positive response. I will say I sell the Simplicity because they really are a high quality vacuum and made in the USA. There is a clip on you tube about the company its pretty cool. People are so intrigued by the Dyson vacuum and to be honest they suck.I carry Dyson in the store because of customer demand, I try to steer people from it but hey see the commercials and think they aregreat. The Dyson company does a remarkable job advertising and that makes it hard to sell people away from them. I could sell you a cheaper vacuum that works better ut people think there is a catch.
Thanks again everyone I hope to meet you guys soon.

I was intrigued by dyson until I went to walmart and looked at them. They were cheap looking with lots of eye candy but no real substantive design characteristics I thought would hold up more than 3-4 years in my house.

A couple things I like about my simplicity synergy is the brush with removable bristles. The serpentine belt and idler pulley. The stainless bottom plate and foot switch. The dual motor design that is more than I need. The filters are very top notch and I will probably never go bagless again unless Simplicity makes one the right way.

The synergy is just an awesome vac.

The Synergy is a truley top of the line machine. The customer service from the comany is also superior. I like demonstrating the Synergy with the Dyson, the Synergy has the "dirt indicator" that stays lit up until the dirt is gone so basically you sweep till the light goes out then move to another area. In the 2 weeks I have been open I am amazed a how many Dysons have sold, most have never heard of the Simplicity line because they are not offered in the chain stores an are not quick to try them. Most are stuck on Hoover,Oreck,Eureka and other junk. The Simplicity Freedom is the competitor to the Oreck and its not even close. The Freedom cleans 40% more than the Oreck.

Please stop by, the Gahanna location is the one that is completely done the Reynoldsburg one I bought from another guy and am still doing some adjustments there. The gahanna store has a larger seletcion at the moment and we do take trade ins.

Some of the specials we are running are

Tune Ups for bagged uprights $29.99  (the guy in whitehall is 49.99)
Bagless Tune ups $39.99
Complete Kirby Machine Overhauls $49.99
$100 off any Dyson in stock ( not many left couple animals, balls, and the yellow upright) You can own a Dyson for $300 if you want one.
Buy 2 packs bags get 1 free

My name is Brad come on out and bring the wife.

I like the Simplicity brand. Not only are they top quality but they are made in the USA thats one of the main reasons I chose them as my main line. They can get expensive but they start at $199. Thats my choice for uprights. The canisters they make are also top of the line. There is a company named Meile that also makes very nice canisters. If you mention the site I will definelty give you a deal on a vacuum.I dont think the Oreck store is there any longer. I am right next to Katies Pizza and the Fifth Third Bank.

The Towne Saver will be coming out with my coupons, I ran a ad for the Yellow Dyson for $269 plus your trade in. People are intrigued by them and they do a tremendous advertising job so although I dont personally like them I will take advantage of their popularity. The model I am selling for $269 is the one that Wal Mart has for $399.

For anyone truley intrested in buying a quality machine we do offer a curtosey vacuum program that allows you to take one of the Simplicity models for a couple days and try it before you buy it.This pogram is offered free of charge from Simplicity to their retailers because they are confdent that if you are in the market and try one there simply is none better. We currently offer 3 models for this... The Freedom which is their answer to the Oreck it cleans 40% more efficient than the Oreck, The Synergy which incorporates 2 motors and is the best made, and for those who have canisters the Verve which is outstanding.

I am not into the pressure sale tactics I ask all my customers to go home and read the reviews on the Simplicity line before they buy. I am confident they will return and buy it not only with more knowledge but with the peace of mind that they did not get ripped off by a fast talking sales guy.I am in the business to make money but I dont want unhappy customers or people going around saying I sold junk.

Welcome to the business! It's nice to see an honest, not out for a quick buck, dealer in town. I own a Miele machine myself, but I think the Simplicity uprights are quite nice. My first choice in an upright would be Simplicity.
Good Luck in your new venture!

Well your Reyn location is just a few minutes from my house, I live near Taylor and Main.

We are all set for our vacuuming needs, but will keep you in mind if we need something in the future and will try to send any friends your way.
