| I've been down there before they opened their new store, and its a great place to buy ammo(when on sale), but i reccommend going to their website and printing off the ammo prices that you intend to buy(they have tried to charge the higher price) and call to make sure they have it in stock. They will hold it for you if you ask. As for buying guns, I dont think it is anything special. They are not always completly knowledgeable on the the guns they are selling. But then again most of us know more than most gun shops. Hope this helps, have fun at the airshow. |

I concur with Blade Runner, Bob's is a staunch supporter of our freedoms and their shop is a great place to visit. Yes, the prices are a little high, but anytime I have been there, they were open. We have to support and patronize our local gun shops and gun ranges, all of them. Maybe they get busy, or can't rattle of the specs you want to hear. Maybe they get irritated with some of the gun organizations or customers who want to play gun trivia, but remember they are ON OUR SIDE. They are the ones putting their livelihoods on the line by supporting the rights of all us. To the OP, yes the Armory is a GREAT place to visit, even if they are busy, charge you the price marked on the box and are out of something. They are a great place to go because they are OPEN.
