Edit: before I potentially out my foot in my mouth -I'm not familiar with the law here. I know in NY what I said is true. People always floor it when they see a yellow light but it should be treated like a red light and you should stop if you can safely do so. I'm assuming it's the same here because that allows time for situations like this....people turning left. |

Red light violation? I had a similar situation in 2011. Paid the ticket over the phone after I was served. No one told me about that class, and I had my license suspended in Sept 2012. Def legit. Class sucks, have fun. |

I would have fought that. 2 months later got a letter in the mail saying my license was suspended for not going to a court date I never knew I had the previous month When I contacted the DMV about this letter they said I had been required by the court.last year when I paid the fine but no word of it was ever mentioned . Wouldn't my license be suspended if I didn't follow a court order last year when they claimed they had given me just that? Frankly It's not the money it's the fucking time this is going to cost me and I don't want to sit in a stupid assed class that even the guy in charge most likely thinks of it as a joke. |

Shit like this is why Sierra Vista banned them fucking things  .We came close to banning the damn things a few years ago but the petition drive failed when they took them off the freeways. I like how Chandler has the crosswalks over 20 feet from the actual "intersection" line on intersections with the camera, but at normal intersections the crosswalks are on the corner. |
