Pretty sure his last union/anti Walker thread was locked.  I might be wrong.  One of the big wig mods had to come in and treat us like a bunch of children.  Lol!

I remember when the liberal kids use to write that on our sidewalk.  Then I had to go out and beat them like baby seals.  Sometimes I got stitches too.

Overall it's much safer in here.  No way this thread will match the one that got locked.  It's already losing steam.

I do have a suggestion though.  It would be nice if we could have something like a "share your meds and drink too much while you post purge night with no rules or COC."  I would even be willing to pay $5 to participate in that one.

I didn't serve, I was the Son of a baby burner and more then once we lived off base in liberal areas.  Liberals don't  teach their kids to fight for shit, just run in packs and rely on intimidation.

Personally I like trigger words and have a rep for being able to find them.  The OP is weak and his thread needs our help.  Maybe some of us should at least try to take his side?

Know your rights.

In Communications Workers of America v. Beck (1988) the Supreme Court ruled that the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) restricted unions from collecting dues for political activities if a union member chooses to opt out. The required dues can only be used for collective-bargaining and other representational activities.

The result of Beck in practice differs from state to state and from union to union.

If you live in a right-to-work state you:

may choose to leave the union entirely
may remain a member and pay their share of the representational costs
It’s important to note that unions often want to still represent all employees, even those who don’t pay dues, so union laments of “free-riders” are caused by their own preferences.

If you live in a non-right-to-work state:

you may opt out of paying for the non-representational activities of the union
unions will not usually allow partial membership, so they will often ask the employee to resign from the union
the opt out period is usually brief
Unions must pro-rate the dues, which are called “agency fees” when paid by nonmembers who exercise their Beck rights. These fees are calculated to include the representational activities, as well as overhead for running the union.

Beck rights notifications have changed over the years. The posting by all employers was required under George H.W. Bush, rescinded under Bill Clinton, reinstated by George W. Bush, and rescinded again under Barack Obama.

Seriously, can't we all just agree that all politicians do NOT have anyone's interests but their own in mind?  Why does it always have to be a two party pissing match?  Govt is the problem, and regardless of who we put in power, our liberty wanes.

Doesn't that just prove that none of them can be trusted, and even if they make some progress in one or two terms, they are fighting an extremely uphill battle?  The left always distrusts the right and their motives, and the right always distrusts the left.  I just distrust anyone who wants power over another human being, regardless of their stupid party affiliation and their promises.  Anyone who holds power over another deserves nothing but constant skepticism.

Whoopee for you.

$600 is a lot of fucking money to a lot of people.  Money that could be used to pay for food, fuel for the car, rent, educational expenses.  Instead it gets diverted into someone elses pockets to pay for their yachts, mansions, political campaign or waitress tips.
