Did anyone go to the Auto Show this past weekend? If so, then how was it? Pics?

I'm a big car guy and go to this show every year.  Two years ago, I even had a car on display there.  Normally, I bring a camera and take lots of pictures, but a) I never do anything with the pics, and b) we went on Sunday so there were so many people that photos of the cars without someone's butt in the picture is very difficult.

This years showing was ok.  Being a MOPAR guy, I had hoped to see an SRT8 Charger and an '08 Viper and perhaps the Challenger, but they had none.  Instead, they showed the SRT8 Magnum (being discontinued after '08), and the new Caliber SRT4 (which, as far as I can tell has more power than anything in its class by about 30 HP.)  Chrysler had the 300C, minivan, Sebring, and Jeep had their usual trail ride display and a pretty full array of Jeep products from the SRT8 to the Commander to the Wrangler.

Ford/Lincoln/Mercury/Volvo...blah..nothing new except the Volvo C30 hatchback, which is a pretty cool car.

Nissan had the GTR up on the turntable, it's an absolutely amazing looking car.  They also had the 2-door Altima and the 350Z...all very nice cars.

Audi had the R8 which clearly shows the Lambo influence (Audi owns Lambo).  That thing was beautiful).

Porsche had a couple of Caymans and 911s.  Gotta love the timeless lines of Porsche.

The Ferrari of Washington display was nice...they had a couple of used Ferraris, a Maserati or two, and Lambo of Washington had an LP640, a Gallardo.

Corvette had a teal Z06 and a copper vert and the Volt for show...love the vettes.

Other than that, not much caught my eye.

Ford had a Shelby.  The Volt concept from Chevy was interesting as well.  Very sporty for an electric.

I think the Audi R8 stole the show though... what a hot car.

The Nissan Skyline GT-R, Saab Aero-X, and Mercedes McLaren SLR droptop made the show for me.
