I hope this crap doesn't pass in the state capital. www.leg.wa.gov First the bad news: SB5316 & HB 1321 will prohibit private sales at gun shows SB 5172 provides for firearm forfeiture by judicial order under certain circumstances. SB 5315 requires ballisting imaging and the creation of a ballistic imaging database for new firearms.
