I think we should have gone for 2 on that last TD. We'll prob drop out of the AP 25 again

I'm an Auburn guy, and I'll grudgingly say this:

Nick Saban is the best-spoken coach in the SEC when it comes to the halftime interview. It's obvious that the man is smart.

We fought from behind the whole game. Neither side could have played any harder. Yeah, we lost, but still have respect.

that last AL touchdown drive was incredible.  I don't think Stafford could have pulled it off, maybe he could?

Debating whether or not to have gone for 2 on the last score will be hashed out endlessly.  My main thought on it was that they should have been playing like the 2 minute drill for most of the game, but I'm no expert.  Something just wasn't clicking.

I think that JPW has alot of improvement to do..........sometimes he looks like Johnny U, and the next he is average..........too much locking on the primary receiver, and lots of overthrows........it's gonna take some time, but Saban will get them going again. It took him awhile to get an LSU team that was a wreck back to the top, and Bama will get there........Shula's recruiting left alot to be desired, but the future looks alot better

yea why is it, they seem to play better when they are in a hurry?

I think some players are getting use to their new positions. JP had some throws that he just didn't plant his feet on and overthrew his intended receivers. It was still a good game but I think Alabama could have won, they certainly have the talent.

GA sure had a good kicker, better than our 50% kicker

seriously, great game, AlaBama!!!  although, I'd say a 3 pt loss on the road in the SEC is not exactly an embarrasment...Nutt Dicked it up by attempting a pass...& I thought Saban did, too, with the FG...

but, as it turned out, great call, he didn't want OT with his D worn to a frazel...

3 pt loss when you're a 16th ranked team to an unranked team is embarrassing enough.

so, what is a 3 pt loss @ HOME to a lower ranked team

Not as bad as losing to an unranked team
Who did you say you cheer for again?

AlaBama was NOT the underDAWG in the Arkansas game, nor the underDAWG in the UGA game...'course the did end up underDawg...

but, look John Boy Walton finally got in the end zone, against th' 'Dawgs...

09-21-07 -- Tuscaloosa, AlaBama -- John Boy Walton (14) scores a touchdown in the fourth quarter at the AlaBama vs. Georgia football game Saturday, September 22, 2007 in Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, AlaBama --- (Dusty Compton / Tuscaloosa Magazine)
