Why dose the P-Mag cover have "REMOVE BEFORE USE" printed on it? Isn't this obvious? OR are we really this stupid to NOT know this?

Because inserting a mag upside down (if you could even make it work) and having the bolt or firing pin strike it would not cause a catastrophic failure...

They put that on the magazines for the hill billy with 3 teeth... of course the assumption is that they are able to read in the first place...
