Black Ford F-250 at Margarita's in Green Bay at around 3ish today. Driver likes FN and Mossberg. Windows tinted enough to throw off snooping feds

Truck looks familiar, I might have seen it before. I kinda feel like I won a scratchoff now. Fess up, who was it?
