I got a big ol crack in my windshield and I have to get it replaced.

Does anyone know a good, reputable company that does this?

Preferably one that comes to me as opposed to having to go to them.

Hmmm...not sure what that means, but have you checked to see if your insurance company recommends someone. Mine did and it is a 'comes to me' one. They prefer it for some reason. Does your insurance cover most of it?

I used Safelite Auto Glass, they came to me, I did phoneshop several places.  They were the least expensive and they were professional.

I have a good friend that does the windshield repair at your location.

He is out of McDonough, Anderson Glass.

LMK if you need the phone number.  He has very attractive prices if it is coming out of your pocket.  Does excellent work.

My last expierance with Safelite was BAD, I was set to have them do a repair for a crack by Progressive insurnace.  After they miss 6 or so appointments for reasons like, Sick, Van broke down, cant find place, its raining (I got a garage) the chip finally became a nice crack in the windshield.

$250 deductible later I had another local shop replace it.

Who do you have insurance through? Allstate said they cover it after like $150, I think. Did you check? I think Ga made some changes lately.

Yeah, I have been serious lately, gotta work on that.
