If you have not seen this, perhaps you should. I have seen this movie 5 or 6 times, and it never ceases to enlighten.

This is not the end all of informative films, however it's a great place to get started.

It seems more and more people I talk to are interested or understanding of what's going on.  Most have never seen this movie. I show them and I ask what they think, and I encourage people to spread this thing like the plague. Knowledge is power.

I can't sit all the way threw it, I get too pissed off. I have to watch little bits and then take a break before I can watch more of it.

Watched the whole thing. The one thing that kept going through my mind was that the whole movie was a caricature of the very things they were railing against. Seems everyone is seeking easily influenced minds to massage. Much of the material in that presentation is old, specifically the part about the few who control all the world's money. I saw almost an identical presentation in the early 60's. You know, in the final analysis, when I'm in the forest hunting, which I do often,or doing whatever it is I enjoy doing in my short stay on this orb, all this stuff amounts to simple hyperboly. Might want to review Maslow's hierarchy of needs .

Yea that's the scary part. Of these types of movies, if even half of it's true it's enough to make any real American pissed off.

The ability of this movie to be believed is amazing. Don't get me wrong, there are some very credible sources, it is not that I am totally skeptical, I just don't believe the American public would allow this to continue or go on. Maybe I am just proposing some wishful thinking in my hopes that there are some true patriots left. ( other than what I will find on this site.)

You just need to one day find yourself on the wrong side of our Govt and you will be alot more open to the idea

The machine is broken, things are not the way they were meant to be... The reason Obama scares the shit out of me? The next president will appoint (most likely) several new Supreme Court Justices. What those judges do (or don't do) will affect our Grandchildren's children...

+1, even tho I am part of the "problem". This stuff just makes you wonder what it could really be like if some people weren't so hungry for power and money. I get really depressed watching it.

This quote comes to mind when reading your post:

"In the beginning of a change, the patriot is a scarce man, brave, hated, and scorned. When his cause succeeds however, the timid join him, for then it cost nothing to be a patriot." - Mark Twain

We need more patriots... I always thought before I was sworn I would always side with the American public and citizens of this country rather than the .gov. However, even though I may not agree with it sometimes, I have a duty to enforce the laws created by "the people" (ya right). I do however have the ability to exercise discretion and would rather educate some folks than punish them. This especially rings true when it comes to violations of CCW. Because the average JOE just does not know he was breaking the law. Is that grounds to charge him with weapons misconduct? No way...

[Flame suit off]

When I was in the academy, an instructor told us a story... He had a buddy who asked him, "when it all goes down, who's side will you be on?" His reply, "right in the middle."

I think about that every day...

I'm sure the revolutionaries felt the same way.

Does this mean you've rolled over and accepted your fate?

As bad as it is this is still the best system and all we can do is vote and work within the system ,no revelotion for this old boy. what realy bothers me is the apithy most folks have . if the people in power weren't smarter than the voters things would be better all around ,as it stands  the people running things got us by the short hairs.
