His place is tough to find, a shop behind a house in Aloha.  Also, if you don't like cigarette smoke you won't like the atmosphere (literally).  He asks a fair price for transfers.

I justed picked up my LEGP RRA 16" AR that used to have a cosmetic,
press-on-birdcage flash hider.  Roger removed the old device, shortened
about 3/4" or so off(the smaller diameter) and welded a Phantom
(that I supplied) on the end.

The charge was $50.

It looks great!

When I get more $$, he's going to *fix* more of my guns.

I had a gunsmith in Tigard named Brian thread my barrel.  Only took him a couple days and it turned out good.  Charged like $45.  Right now he is working up on the new front sight post with the lug.  As soon as he figures out all the stuff for that he will be doing it for me.  Good guy to work with.  Here is his email if anyone is interested:
