Come on now, I already explained the differences between a pressure container deflagration and a true explosion. Tanner would not sell a primary explosive, especially a binary primary explosive that requires shaking to properly mix. You will get the EXACT same thing with Bullseye powder but it isn't a detonation. Any combustible material with its own oxidizer will do this. If you were to make a container out of say a metal pipe, the difference between shooting it with a .223 and lighting it with a fuse would be dramatic once you recovered the pieces. And you would NEVER recover the pieces from the one that is shot because there will be thousands more. Ever hear of dry ice bombs? Illegal and dangerous but the plastic pop bottles are found in 2-3 pieces. I filled a plastic pop bottle with a detonating mix of acetylene and oxygen, setting it off with a long fuse. There were hundreds of pieces and this is with a detonation velocity of about 8000 feet per second and relatively low energy. Oh yes, it denuded a foot square patch of carpet grass. My brief explaination of why this will not work... |
too many words, hurts............to...............think lets talk about the 7 cases of beer i just iced down instead |
