I was hoping some of the tinkers here might have some insight into making a 45 gap High Power. Since they make them in 40 S&W it shouldn't be TOO hard of a conversion to pull off. Anyone interested in a challenge?

I seem to remember that things are just a bit too small to make it work. I've heard that it's even marginal with the 40 - IIRC they had some problems with the first batch of 40's.....

I don't believe the breechface can be opened up enough. As was said.....the 40 is pushing it.
