Thanks Darkvibe;
That place came up in a websearch. I tried to go yesterday but I got there 9 minutes after they closed. I called a few other places but they were not really army/navy stores. I ended up going to Herb Phillipsons in Liverpool, which was pretty neat and open until 9. I made the most of it by staying about 4 hours and spending about 400 bucks doing my part to get the economy going |

There is a place called Dejulios in Syracuse but I don't have a clue if it's worth going to or how much militaria stuff they have. http://dejulios.com/index.html Maybe someone else here knows if it's what you're looking for. Dont waste your time there. They have some camping supplies and fatigues. |

Never got to check out DeJulio's
Gunshow was good though. I feel like I missed something about Syracuse though, like I was constantly in the wrong part of town. I went by online recommendations (mostly from Yelp.com) for restaurants and even the ones that were highly rated seemed like dives... I didn't know anyone local so I think I wasn't able to get good recommendations for places to go |
